How does Family Constellation work?

As you can see on the picture above, we use substituting figures to have an overall look on the situation that bothers you. We will see things, which you were not able to see on your own so far. We will feel into your issue and into the people that take a part in your current situation. We will find clarity, answers and understanding for this very situation. We disentangle blockades and discrepancies. Our aim is, that everyone in this picture will be at the proper place and is at peace with the situation.

Is there anything I should be aware of?
​
Constellation Work gives you a lot of clarity. While being in this process, you may experience body reactions. Your body very likely will react in this method because it wants to break free from the things that you are looking at right now. It can be that you experience these feeling immediately or even later, after our session. Please note, that this is totally normal.
After our session, I recommend, that you do NOT talk about it to others for at least 3 weeks. Very often we tend to flog something to death. Therefore, please try to stay in the cleared feeling for as long as possible.

Also, I recommend, that after our session, you plan some time for yourself. Maybe you want to take a nap or you want to go for a walk. Please, do not go back to your daily routine just right after our session.

How much time should I plan and how much is a session?
​
One Family Constellation Session is worth 2,600$ plus VAT. Depending on your topic, time may vary. You should schedule at least one hour but please be aware that it can take longer than this. If it is much longer than one hour, please note that the price rises proportionally and you will receive a corrected invoice.
Basically, one hour should be enough for getting the overall picture and getting back the clarity you wish for.
As mentioned above, please take some extra time for yourself right after our session.
